When you use Luci, we store your account information (name, email) and your conversations. This data powers Luci’s ability to remember your context across sessions — symptoms you’ve mentioned, tasks you’ve captured, and notes for doctor visits.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Luci service for you. We do not sell your data. We do not share your conversations with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for marketing purposes.
Your messages are processed by AI language models (Anthropic Claude) to generate responses. These messages are sent securely via API and are not used to train AI models.
Your data is stored on secure servers. Conversations are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
Luci is a wellness companion, not a medical device. However, we understand that you may share sensitive health information in conversations. We treat all conversation data with the same care regardless of content.
